Dar dar ke siyasat nahi hoti gulaami hoti hai .. Pakistan is not returning our Wing Commander because of our sweet words but because of the immense pressure we've created.. And if we stop keeping them under pressure more such wing commanders will be captured in future.. Today there's Pak occupied Kashmir tomorrow it will be Pak occupied India.
I'm sure even our brave Commander wouldn't want that..that would be belittling his sacrifice. Because the 40 soldiers who were killed and many more before is equally important as one commander returning. It's not about provocation because no one provoked them for the pulwama attack and other terrorist attacks. They have there own weird ideas. You can't stop them by being decent because they aren't themselves. The shelling is still continuing at the borders as we speak now, is onus of peace only on India? They only understand pressure tactics and that's why we should speak to them only in that language. We have shown too much love for peace that's why they're daring to war against us... We must show them war to make them understand the value of peace.
I know that war is never good for any side.. But the war is always ON from their side we fail to realize that.. We're foolishly sacrificing our soldiers lives time and again to these terrorists then how are we valuing our soldiers!

পুলিশ সূত্রে খবর, হঠাত করে আজ বুধবার সন্ধ্যায় প্রবল বিস্ফোরণের শব্দ শোনা যায়। বিস্ফোরণের তীব্রতা এতটাই ছিল যে মিনাতুন মোল্লাহর বাড়ির ছাদ উড়ে যায়। এলাকায় তীব্র চাঞ্চল্য তৈরি হয়। রীতিমত স্থানীয় মানুষজন ছোটাছুটি শুরু হয়ে যায়। স্থানীয় মানুষজনই বীরভূম পুলিশ-প্রশাসনকে বিস্ফোরণের খবর দেয়। খবর পেয়েই ঘটনাস্থলে আসে বিশাল পুলিশ বাহিনী।

এখনও পর্যন্ত হতাহতের কোনও খবর পাওয়া যায়নি। তবে ভস্মীভূত হয়ে গিয়েছে গোটা বাড়িটি। ভেঙে পড়েছে বাড়ির ছাদ।

ঘটনায় মুখে কুলুপ এঁটেছে স্থানীয় তৃণমূল নেতৃত্ব। যদিও বিজেপি এই ঘটনায় সুর চড়িয়েছে। তাঁদের দাবি, বীরভূমের মাটিতে বোমা শিল্প ক্রমশ উন্নতি করছে। আর পুলিশ-প্রশাসন সব জেনেও চুপ করে আছে বলে দাবি স্থানীয় বিজেপি নেতৃত্বের।

বীরভূমে অবশ্য বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা নতুন নয়।

গত বছরেই বীরভূমের মহম্মদবাজারে পাথরখাদানে বিস্ফোরণ হয়। বিস্ফোরণে ১৩ জনের মৃত্যু হয়। মজুত বিস্ফোরক সরাতে গিয়ে বিস্ফোরণ বলে জানা যায়।

বিস্ফোরণের পর মৃত্যুর সংখ্যা ঢাকতে এলাকা ঘিরে ফেলে পাথর খাদানের সঙ্গে যুক্ত মানুষজন। স্থানীয় মানুষকে বাধা দেওয়ার পিছনে স্থানীয় প্রশাসন যুক্ত রয়েছে বলেও অভিযোগ ওঠে।

Online and offline behavior of young Indian techies speak really bad of the bosses and the tech companies that employ them

I read this phrase on a biker's post "Google Maps fucked up ...." while approving a travelogue in a travel group in the social media.
My blood boiled. I predicted the guy's demographic profile without any goof-up.
He was one of those 'idiots' (their peers love addressing everyone that), an engineer from one of those hopeless 7300 engineering colleges. The world knows them as business analysts, tech specialists, business process leads, consultants and the shit.
And then there's a huge number of today's techies who consider it hugely fashionable to use expletives like MC, BC, F###, etc in almost every sentence they write or utter to announce to the world that they have 'arrived' :( My foot!
The behavior of these guys are plain repulsive.
If these buggers would have aspired to work in truly worthy companies like HUL, P&G, Nestle India, Bunge India, Colgate India, GSK, Castrol India, Kellogg's India, Mondelez India, Perfetti India, Allergan, Titan Industries, Britannia Industries, Marico Industries, etc & used such expletives even remotely, they + their CVs would have got kicked around from door-to-door for the next 25 - 30 yrs.
The online and offline behavior of these 20 or 30 something techies in India speak really bad of the bosses and the tech companies that employ them.
I love it every time Mr. Donald Trump sneezes and the techies start wetting their pants :P
