বাংলা হান্ট ডেস্ক:  তৃণমূলের (All India Trinamool Congress) দুর্নীতি আর চুরির কথা অনেক শুনেছি, কিন্তু এবার যা ঘটল সেটা চুরি, না দুর্নীতি সেটা বলা দায়। এবার তৃণমূলের পঞ্চায়েত প্রধানের বিরুদ্ধে গ্রামের অ্যাম্বুলেন্সের ইঞ্জিন খুলে বিক্রি করে দেওয়ার অভিযোগ উঠেছে। বিধায়ক কোটা থেকে কেনা ওই অ্যাম্বুলেন্সের ইঞ্জিন উত্তর ২৪ পরগনা জেলার বাগদা বিধানসভার হেলেঞ্চা পঞ্চায়েত প্রধান চায়না বিশ্বাস বিক্রি করেছেন বলে অভিযোগ উঠেছে। আর এই ঘটনার প্রতিবাদে রবিবার বিকেলে এলাকার বিজেপি বিধায়ক দুলাল বর এবং গ্রামবাসীরা পথ অবরোধ করেন।

অবরোধের খবর পেতেই পুলিশ এসে পৌঁছায় এলাকায়। এরপর পুলিশের আশ্বাসে পথ অবরোধ তুলে নেন দুলাল বর। তৃণমূল পরিচালিত গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত প্রধান চায়না বিশ্বাস এবং গ্যারেজের মালিক মুকুল সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে অ্যাম্বুলেন্সের ইঞ্জিন চুরি করার নিয়ে বাগদা থাকায় অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন বিজেপির বিধায়ক দুলাল বর। এই ঘটনার পর গ্যারেজ মালিক মুকুল সরকারকে গ্রেফতার করে পুলিশ।
গ্রামবাসীদের তরফ থেকে অভিযোগ করা হয়েছে যে, মাত্র ১৫ হাজার টাকার বিনিময়ে অ্যাম্বুলেন্সের ইঞ্জিন খুলে বিক্রি করে দিয়েছেন চায়না বিশ্বাস। এই ঘটনার পর গোটা এলাকার মানুষের মধ্যে ক্ষোভের সঞ্চার হয়েছে। এই ঘটনার প্রতিবাদে বিজেপির বিধায়ক দুলাল বর এবং গ্রামবাসীরা প্রায় এক ঘণ্টা বনগাঁ-বাগদা রোড অবরোধ করে রাখে। বিধায়ক দুলাল বর জানান, ২০১৯ এ বিধায়ক ফান্ড থেকে এলাকার গরীব মানুষের জন্য একটি মারুতি গাড়িকে অ্যাম্বুলেন্স বানিয়ে হেলেঞ্চা গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতকে দেওয়া হয়। এতদিন ধরে ওই অ্যাম্বুলেন্স দিব্বি চলছিল। কিন্তু কিছুদিন আগে ওই অ্যাম্বুলেন্সে কিছু যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটি দেখা দেয়। এরপর সেই অ্যাম্বুলেন্সটিকে মুকুল সরকারের গ্যারেজে রাখা হয়েছিল।
রবিবার সকালে গ্যারেজের মিস্ত্রি ওই অ্যাম্বুলেন্সের ইঞ্জিন খুলে অন্য একটি গাড়িতে লাগানোর সমায় হাতেনাতে ধরা পড়ে। এরপর এলাকাবাসী তাঁকে ধরে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ চালালে ওই মিস্ত্রি সরাসরি গ্যারেজ মালিক মুকুল সরকারের নাম বলে। গ্যারেজ মালিক মুকুল সরকারকে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ চালালে তিনি বলেন, পঞ্চায়েত প্রধান চায়না বিশ্বাস ১৫ হাজার টাকার বিনিময়ে ওই ইঞ্জিনটিকে বিক্রি করে দিয়েছেন। এরপর এলাকায় এই ঘটনাকে কেন্দ্র করে ব্যাপক উত্তেজনা ছড়ায়। পুলিশ এসে মুকুল সরকারকে গ্রেফতার করে। এবং ঘটনার তদন্তে নামে।

Thieves (everybody owing allegiance to ruling TMC in WB claims to be a leader) with tacit support of the chief of the state are engaged in 'chori' in West Bengal. The boss of the thieves and the police are one and the same.

The most recent scam as in June - July 2020 is related to distribution of relief to Cyclone Amphan affected people. Amphan wreaked havoc in about 5 districts in the state on 2020-05-20 and it left many people with no roof over their head.
Relief of ₹20000 has been announced by the state administration for every damaged house. However, it has come to light that most people who have got the fund are TMC party workers or their close kins owning concrete houses which were not at all impacted.
The CM, who incidentally is the proprietress of TMC, has announced that the money was distributed to wrong people inadvertently. Without initiating any penal measures, she has simply asked the crooks to return the money to their respective District Magistrates 😠

There are numerous instances of mammoth scale corruption by TMC leaders, viz. Chit Fund scam, Narada scam, Amphan scam, Lockdown relief scam, etc, etc since 2011.
