Playing of TMC 'theme song' penned by the party supremo Mamata Banerjee and not 'shehnai' at houses rented out for marriage is the new diktat by her party functionaries in Kolkata.
The diktat is already being enforced with the beginning of the marriage season in mid-April 2019.
