The man helping Sonia Gandhi to file her nomination papers in 2004 elections is who we today knw as Justice Murlidhar .

He was counsel for the National Human Rights Commission and the Election Commission of India and a part-time member of the Law Commission and in 2006 was rewarded for his loyalties to THE FAMILY and elevated as Delhi High Court Judge fem where he didn't get transferred for 14 yrs.

He is married to Usha Ramanathan who is on the Amnesty International's Advisory Panel. In the past, she has worked with naxal and Kashmiri separatist sympathizer Gautam Navlakha .

In october 2018, Justice Murlidhar granted bail to Gautam Navlakha in the wee hours of the day. Most of the cases related to naxal sympathizers/ JNU sedition cases got listed in his court was only just a coincidence or Ecosystem?
