Partha Chatterjee, the most indisciplined rogue and also Chairman of TMChii's Disciplinary Maintenance Committee owns over 100 sand tippers/ dumper trucks hich used to ferry crores worth of illegally mined sand everyday from the riverbeds of Burdwan and Birbhum districts to various construction sites in Kolkata.
None of the trucks paid the NHAI toll plaza fees in Palsit. Every tipper had a 'P' coded sticker in the front windshield!

All the tippers are idling on a service road along NH19 ever since 2022-07-23 evening. It's evident that these trucks were a major cause of huge jams while entering Kolkata in the evenings.
