Mamata's 'Ma Prokolpo' to serve egg curry meals at ₹5 per head flopped in February 2021

On Tuesday, 2021-02-16, Mamata launched 'Ma Prokolpo' (Ma scheme) with lots of fanfare to serve Rice, Daal, Vegetable curry, Egg curry for a paltry sum of ₹5 per head only. 

It was evident that it was another election stunt from her and a sinister means to siphon off taxpayer's money from the exchequer for personal gains. 

By 2021-02-23, viz. less than a week, those queueing up were not served eggs at all.
