Justice Amrita Sinha ordered the immediate removal of Mithilesh Kumar Mishra, Asst Director, ED from all probes in WB

Justice Amrita Sinha, Calcutta High Court on Friday 2023-09-29 ordered the immediate removal of Mithilesh Kumar Mishra, Assistant Director, Enforcement Directorate (ED) from the Primary Teachers Recruitment Scam investigation in WB and also barred him from carrying out any other investigations in WB.

The court said it was dissatisfied with Mishra's answers to its queries during his appearance before it in the previous hearing. Justice Sinha felt that Mishra is incompetent.
