How did fake IAS Debanjan Deb's name feature in the plaque in the pedestal of RN Tagore

Hear how West Bengal's fake IAS Debanjan Deb's name featured in the plaque on the pedestal of a statue of Rabindranath Tagore. The statue with the plaque was unveiled in a club library located in Taltala area of Central Kolkata.

The name of the fake IAS on black granite claiming to be a Joint Commissioner was seen along the name of Firhad Hakim, Kolkata Municipal Corporation's mayormayor along with that of the local KMC councilor.

Culturally rich Bengalis must be mighty happy  with its own fake IAS. Thankfully, the crook is not from BR, UP, MP, GJ. Thankfully, his mother tongue is Bangla. It's already 5 days since the deep rooted scam has come to light. The saviors of Bangla culture, viz. the ChiiPeeMul are still hiding their faces like ostriches with their derriere exposed for getting sodo**zed.

On whose inspiration (anup*erona) did this idea of claiming himself to be an IAS dawn into Debanjan Deb?

The Central Government of India should recall all IAS and IPS from West Bengal and replace them with civil servants from other states.
