Congress promises to increase defence budget in Lok Sabha Elections 2019 manifesto

Congress has promised to increase defence budget in Lok Sabha 2019 poll manifesto. This is off course if and only if they win the seven phase poll.
The standard thumb rule ratio of 85% (spendings of allocated budget for self + unproductive issues) : 15% (for productive work) will apply again in the defence allocation, too.
More the budgetary allocation, more the windfall take home margins for India's utterly crooked pro-Muslim and scaringly communal 1st family.
Hopefully, the ratio has been mentioned in no uncertain terms in the Lok Sabha 2019 'election manifesto' published on 2019-04-02.
