আনন্দবাজারের রিপোর্ট যদি সত্যি হয় ? কি লিখেছে আজ ২৬ জুন, আনন্দবাজার ? প্রথম পাতায় ?
- পুলিশ কমিশনারকে ফোন মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর/ অনিচ্ছাকৃত খুনের মামলার নির্দেশ ।
দেড় হাজার লোককে জাল ইনজেকশন দেওয়ার পরও সেটা "অনিচ্ছাকৃত খুন" হতে পারে ? সেই লাইনে মামলা হতে পারে ? কোন সভ্য দেশে ?
আনন্দবাজারের প্রতিবেদক এরপর লিখেছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী এতটাই ক্ষুব্ধ যে দেবাঞ্জনকে রাস্তায় দাঁড় করিয়ে ৫ হাজার বার ওঠবোস করানো উচিত বলে ঘনিষ্ঠ মহলে মন্তব্য করেছেন ।
বুঝলেন কিছু ? যে প্রতারকের ফাঁসির জন্য লড়া উচিত ছিল প্রশাসনের তার মাথা বলছে অনিচ্ছাকৃত খুন ! বলছে কান ধরে ওঠ বোসের দাওয়াই । কিছু বুঝলেন ?
ভাবছিলাম যোগী রাজ্যে এই দাওয়াই যদি সেখানকার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলতেন কি লিখত এই আনন্দবাজার ?
নিশ্চিতভাবে হেডলাইন হত - "অমানবিক যোগীর দোষীকে বাঁচানোর নির্লজ্জ চেষ্টা" । সম্পাদকীয় বেরোত - "ধিক্ এই শাসন" । তারপর ঘণ্টা খানেক, ঘণ্টা দেড়েকের ইলেকট্রনিক্স মিডিয়ায় যোগীর মুন্ডুপাত । মিডিয়া ট্রায়াল । সব কিছু হয়ে যেত এতক্ষনে ।
এসব কিছু ঘটল না । কারণ রাজ্যের নাম পশ্চিমবঙ্গ । এখনকার মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর নাম মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় । এখানকার অধিকাংশ বাংলা সংবাদ মাধ্যম হল গৃহপালিত ।
ঘটনাটা এরকম - আপনি গাড়ি চালাচ্ছেন, কেউ গাড়ি চাপা পড়ল । অনিচ্ছাকৃত খুন বলা যেতেই পারে । কিন্তু আপনি জেনে শুনে ইচ্ছাকৃত ভাবে কাউকে যদি চাপা দেন তাহলেও কি একই তত্ব খাটে ? খাটানো যায় ? কোন সুস্থ মানুষ সেই তত্ব বিশ্বাস করবে ? দেবাঞ্জন যা করেছে সেটা কি না জেনে ? তাহলে অনিচ্ছাকৃত খুনের মামলার নির্দেশ কেন ? কি কারণে ? কাকে কাকে আড়াল করতে ? বলুন ? কার ছাতার আড়ালে এই প্রতারকের বেড়ে ওঠা ? বলুন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলুন ।
আসলে মমতা এখন খেলছেন উইংস এর আড়াল থেকে । কারণ এত বড় অপরাধের সামান্য দায় তিনি নেবেন না । তিনি সম্যক জানেন যা হয়েছে তার গভীরতা, তার ব্যাপকতা । লক্ষ্য করুন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নিজে কোন প্রেস বাইট এত সেনসেটিভ একটা ইস্যুতে দিচ্ছেন না । দোসর এক শ্রেণীর পেটোয়া বাংলা সংবাদ মাধ্যমকে দিয়ে আড়াল থেকে প্রচার চালাচ্ছেন - মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ভীষণ কড়া । এই নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, সেই নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন । ইত্যাদি ...ইত্যাদি ।
তিনি নিজেও জানেন তাঁর তৈরি করা স্বর্গ রাজ্যে তিন বছর ধরে একজন ফেক আই এ এস ক্ষমতার অলিন্দকে ব্যবহার করে নিশ্চিন্তে অপারেট করে গেছে  । ববি, অতীন, শান্তনুর ছায়া সঙ্গী হয়ে পাওয়ার করিডোর দাপিয়েছে । ফেক ব্যাংক একাউন্ট খুলে লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকার ডিল করেছে । দেড় হাজার মানুষের দেহে বিনা বাধায় জাল ওষুধ ঢুকিয়ে দিয়েছে । পুলিশ জানেনি, পুরসভা জানেনি । সব এমনি এমনি হয়ে গেছে ?
 খাবেনা মানুষ এই তত্ব । বুঝেছেন ।
তাই সরকারের এখন ভাব ভঙ্গি - একটা লোক প্রতারক । তিনি 'ব্যক্তি প্রতারক' । এর সঙ্গে সরকারের কোন সম্পর্ক নেই । লোকটির কাজ কারবার দেখে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ভীষণ কড়া হয়েছেন । পুলিশ কমিশনারকে বলেছেন অনিচ্ছাকৃত খুনের মামলা করতে, পারলে পাঁচ হাজার বার প্রকাশ্যে ওঠ বোস করিয়ে নাও ।
কিছু বুঝলেন ?  
একটা সরকার চলছে । কেউ যদি প্রশ্ন করেন -
তার পুর প্রশাসন কলকাতা শহরে কি করছিল ? 
পুরসভার স্বাস্থ্য অফিসাররা কি করছিল ?
 কসবা থানার ওসি কি করছিল ? 
পুলিশের তো আই বি দফতর আছে ? তার গোয়েন্দারা ? শুধু কি বিরোধীরা কে কোথায় যাচ্ছে তা দেখতে ব্যস্ত ছিল ? 
পাড়ার শাসক দলের চুনোপুটি নেতারা যারা আপনার বারান্দায় কাক বসলেও নজর রাখে তারা জানতেন না "এই জালিয়াত" পুরসভার কেউ নয় ? 
মঞ্চে নেতারা বসে থেকেছেন, ঘোষণা হয়েছে পুরসভার যুগ্ম সচিব দেবাঞ্জন দেবের নাম । তাঁরা শোনেননি সেই ঘোষণা, হয় ?
বড় কাঁচা চিত্রনাট্য । নয় কি ।
একদিন নয় টানা তিন বছর ১০৯৫ দিন এই কীর্তি করে যাওয়ার পর প্রায় দেড় হাজার মানুষ মারার প্রক্রিয়া সারার পর সব কিছু যখন জানাজানি হয়ে গেছে এখন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী কড়া হচ্ছেন ? তাও আবার অনিচ্ছাকৃত খুনের মামলা করার নির্দেশ দিয়ে ? কান ধরে ওঠ বোস করানোর দাওয়াই দিয়ে ?
কতটা নির্লজ্জ না হলে এমন শাসক হওয়া যায় !! কেউ বলতে পারেন ?
আসলে গত দশ বছরে এভাবেই প্রতারকরা শাসকের ছাতার আড়াল পেয়েছে এ বঙ্গে । সুদীপ্ত সেন, কুণাল ঘোষ, বিনয় মিশ্রর সেই লাইনেই এবার দেবাঞ্জন দেব নবতম সংযোজন । কিছুদিন আমরা তাদের নিয়ে ব্যস্ত থাকব । তারপর ভুলে যাব সব জালিয়াতির ইতিহাস ।
ব্যস্ত হয়ে পড়ব খেলা মেলা উৎসবে । ততদিন পর্যন্ত এই " কড়া কড়া " নির্দেশের গল্প শুনব আমরা । আড়াল থেকে তৈরি করা এই গল্পের রানিং কমেন্ট্রি করে যাবে বাংলা মিডিয়ার গৃহপালিতরা ।।

আদালতে আবার মুখ পুড়লো রাজ্য সরকারের । কততম সেটা নিয়ে গবেষণা চলতে পারে।
আমার আপনার পয়সায় আদালতে মামলা লড়া এবং নিয়ম করে হারা এটা যেন পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার প্রাকটিস করে ফেলেছে । যেমন হারাটাও অভ্যাস করে ফেলেছে।
কলকাতায় লড়াই গুলোর খরচ কত ? লোকে বলেন এক একদিনে এক একটা মামলা লড়তে চার পাঁচ লাখের শ্রাদ্ধ । সব মিলিয়ে । সুপ্রিম কোর্ট হলে এক একজন খ্যাতনামা আইনজীবির এপিয়ারেন্স ফি লাখ দশেক । তার বাইরে অন্য খরচ।
রাজ্য শুধু দিল্লির খ্যাতনামা উকিলদের পেছনে কত টাকা খরচ করেছে গত দশ বছরে ? RTI করুন। উত্তর পাবেন না।
আর কলকাতায় খরচ ? তারও উত্তরও পাবেন না। খেয়াল করে দেখুন রাজ্যের বহু নেতা মন্ত্রীর আইনি লড়াই লড়েন অভিষেক মনু সিংভি কিম্বা কপিল সিব্বলের মত কংগ্রেসের খ্যাতনামা আইনজীবীরা । শুধু এঁদের জন্য রাজ্য কোষাগারের কত টাকা গেছে ? প্রশ্ন করতে পারবেন কেউ ? কোন সাংবাদিক ? করলেই মালিক চাকরি খাবেন নিশ্চিত ।
আজ আরও একটা ঘটনা দেখলাম আমরা । অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের যুব তৃণমূলের একদা সাধারণ সম্পাদক পালিয়ে বেড়ানো গরু/ কয়লা পাচারকারী বিনয় মিশ্রর হয়ে কলকাতা হাইকোর্টে প্লিড করছেন সেই অভিষেক মনু সিংভী । লড়তে কে তাঁকে এই দায়িত্ব দিলেন ? সেটা বলার অপেক্ষা রাখে কি ?
শুধু প্রশ্ন একটাই - নারদ কাণ্ডে সিবিআই আটকাতে তাঁকে, নারদ কাণ্ডে জামিন মঞ্জুর করতে তাঁকে, বিনয় মিশ্রর হয়ে আইনি লড়াই লড়তে তাঁকে কাজে লাগানো কার ইচ্ছেতে হয় বলতে পারেন ? 
 প্রশ্নটা সহজ, উত্তরটাও জানা । তবুও প্রশ্নটা করতে হয় কারণ বেশির ভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই টাকাটা যাচ্ছে আমার আপনার । 
হতে পারেন তিনি ভারত বিখ্যাত আইনজীবী । কিন্তু তিনি তো রাজ্যসভার সদস্যও বটে । এবং এই বাংলারই । সর্ব ভারতীয় একটা দলেরও নেতা । বাংলার সব চোর ছ্যাঁচোরকে বাঁচানোর দায়িত্ব কি তাঁকেই নিতে হবে । রাজনীতির মঞ্চে থাকলে কিছু কিছু বিষয় যে না বলতে হয় শেখাতে হবে তাঁকে ?
উত্তর নেই । কে-ই বা দেবেন ! 
শুধু আজ বেশ মজা লাগছিল দেখে কোন একটা টি ভির ঘণ্টা খানেকের টক শো তে সঞ্চালক তৃণমূল প্রতিনিধিকে যখন বলছিলেন - রাজ্য সরকারের গরিমা কি রক্ষা হত না যদি সন্ত্রাস বন্ধে রাজ্য যথা সময়ে যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা নিত। তাহলে এ ভাবে হাইকোর্টের ধমক খেতে হত না।
গণতন্ত্রের তৃতীয় স্তম্ভের বকুনি খেল রাজ্য সরকার।  সেটাই ছিল সঞ্চালকের প্রশ্নের প্রেক্ষাপট।  
 কিন্তু গণতন্ত্রের চতুর্থ স্তম্ভ বাংলা সংবাদ মাধ্যম গত সাত সপ্তাহ ধরে এই সন্ত্রাসের ভয়াবহ ছবি কি ভাবে সেন্সর করেছে, আড়াল করেছে এবং কেন করেছে সে  নিয়ে যদি পাল্টা প্রশ্ন করা হত ঘণ্টা খানেকের পরিসরে তাঁর গরিমা কি বাড়তো ? কি উত্তর দিতেন তিনি ? আদালত যেটা শিখিয়ে দিল আজ সেটাতো শুধু রাজ্য সরকারকে নয়। সংবাদ মাধ্যমকেও । হত দরিদ্র ছিন্ন বিচ্ছিন্ন ঘর ছাড়া সর্বহারা মানুষগুলোর কথা যদি সম্প্রচার হত লাগামহীন এই সন্ত্রাস কিছুটা হলেও বন্ধ হত। যদি বোধ থাকত তারা বুঝতেন।
আত্মমর্যাদাহীন জ্ঞানপাপীদের অবশ্য বোধ থাকে । কিন্তু "অবোধ" সাজেন এরা সময়ে সময়ে, শুধুই বৈষয়িক কারণে।
এটাই আসল সত্য, নির্মম সত্য।

Dr. Shyamaprasad Mukherjee was murdered on the behest of Nehru

Most Bengalis are blissfully unaware that on this day, viz. 23rd June, 68 years ago the founder of West Bengal, Dr. Shyamaprasad Mukhopadhyay was murdered on the behest of Jawaharlal Nehru. 
Penicillin was injected into him. 
Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, the then CM had phoned to warn that Dr. Mukhopadhyay was allergic to Penicillin. However, the warning was purposely overruled. 
In spite of repeated requests for an inquiry commission, Nehru brushed aside all such requests. 
Without the initiative of Dr. Mukhopadhyay, the present West Bengal would have been under Pakistan rule. Hindu Bengalis wouldn't have had any place to call their homeland!

কজন বাঙালি জানেন যে আজকের দিনে, ৬৮বছর আগে, কাশ্মীরে, পশ্চিমবঙ্গের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ডঃ শ্যামাপ্রসাদ মুখোপাধ্যায়কে পেনিসিলিন ইঞ্জেক্ট করে খুন করা হয়েছিল ? ডঃ বিধান চন্দ্র রায় কলকাতা থেকে ফোন করে নিষেধ করেছিলেন, বলেছিলেন ডঃ মুখোপাধ্যায়ের পেনিসিলিনে এলার্জি আছে, তাঁর কথা শোনা হয়নি। স্যার আশুতোষ মুখোপাধ্যায়ের পত্নী এবং ভারত কেশরীর মা যোগমায়া দেবী নেহরুর কাছে বার বার অনুরোধ করেছিলেন তদন্ত কমিশন গঠন করে তাঁর ছেলের মৃত্যুরহস্যের কিনারা করার জন্য, নেহেরু মানেন নি। শ্যামাপ্রসাদ না থাকলে আজ সম্পূর্ণ বাংলা পাকিস্তানের হত। শ্যামাপ্রসাদ না থাকলে হিন্দু বাঙালির কোনো হোমল্যান্ড থাকতো না। মোল্লাদের হাতে বেদম মার খেয়ে কোথায় আশ্রয় পেতেন আপনারা, নেমকহারামেরা, যারা আশ্রয়দাতার বদলে দেশদ্রোহী জ্যোতি বসুর দলের চামচেগিরি করে গেলেন আজীবন ? একবারও মনে হয়নি কম্যুনিস্টরা ইংরেজ এবং মুসলিম লীগের সাথে হাত মিলিয়ে পাকিস্তান গঠন সমর্থন করেছেন এবং বাংলাভাগের বিরোধিতা করেছেন ? মানে শ্যামাপ্রসাদ না থাকলে আজ আপনারা মাথায় টুপি পরে ঘুরে বেড়াতেন, আপনাদের হিন্দু বাঙালির অস্তিত্ব থাকতো না, মনে হয় নি ? অন্তত এবার তো জাগুন, শ্যামাপ্রসাদের বলিদান দিবস পালন করুন,

PM Cares fund allocated for setting up 2 x 250 bedded Covid hospitals in Murshidabad and Kalyani

Establishment of two 250 bedded makeshift COVID Hospitals at Murshidabad and Kalyani in West Bengal through PM CARES.

The Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM CARES) Fund Trust has decided to allocate Rs. 41.62 crores for establishment of two 250 bedded makeshift COVID Hospitals by DRDO at Murshidabad and Kalyani, West Bengal. For this, certain infrastructural support would also be provided by the State Government and MoHFW, Govt. of India.  
 
This proposal will augment health infrastructure in West Bengal to effectively manage the COVID situation.
