TMC MLA from Pandaveswar openly threatening voters in end March 2022

If what the TMChii MLA from Pandaveswar (Bardhaman West district, West Bengal) said in end March 2022 before the Lok Sabha byelection in Asansol (scheduled for 2022-04-12) is not inciting violence, what is 🤔🤔🤔

He is openly threatening voters to refrain from going out to vote. He is heard saying that those going out to vote would be marked as BJP supporters and would be dealt with accordingly after the election.
