Mamata doesn't have money for colleges, reprimands her MLA

SHE shuts up her newly elected MLA (post May 2021). The MLA had sought for a new college in his constituency. 

She is fully aware that if people are to become educated 🎓, she will be relegated to history. 

SHE wants people to survive on pittance which she says are grants/ 'bhatas'. 

Facilitating education infrastructure has no importance in her schemes which are telltale of her diabolical intentions.
