What is the case of Arnab Goswami and so called abbettment of suicide

What is the case of Arnab Goswami and so called abbettment of suicide...

Read on ( with inputs from Adv Chandni Shah of Bombay HC)

1. Anvay Naik commits suicide because he was supposedly not paid his dues.

2. The suicide note has his signatures but not his Mother's.
Please note , the accusation of abetment is for both suicides.

3. As per Police record it says,Anvay hanged himself & his mother was 'Found' dead.

4. In autopsy both bodies had damaged neck. Anvay's was due to hanging. His mother's death was however not concluded.

5. The company in question , The Concorde's total debt was Rs. 19.57 cr & bank OD 10.37 cr in 2016.
The deal with Arnab had no relation with his debts & 90% of dues had already been paid.

6. Mrs.Naik asked ARG ltd, Arnabs Company  to pay outstanding amt to 3rd party which was not a binding party. Documents say only 10% due.
Also according to republic own press release they have paid the dues but amount bounced back due to inoperative account.

These are very easy to trace in today's times

7. Concorde had 2 directors- both people found dead.

8. The daughter-mother duo started a new architect / interior design company within months of the deaths. Something fishy eh.

9. If you are so humble and loved your dad so much, don't you want to carry forward your dad's legacy and continue Concorde , instead of opening a new company.

Now about the situation leading to arrests.

1. Was their a court approval for re-opening of a closed case. Okay fine even if there is a order. MH police is so fast in investigating , they started making arrests instantly. Waah bhaiya !

2. The contracts between Concorde & the 3 companies-invoices raised, paid & outstanding sums studied so fast. Usually financial documents takes months to analyze

3. In 2018,a chemical analysis report was awaited to identify Kumud Naik's death. it's still not made public ??

Something is really fishy. I am sure Arnab will come out of this easy.

But woh chorega nahi aab !

Looks like many people have dug their own grave.
