The rogue Arup Biswas/ Gautam (resident of Gobardanga) verbally abused a young innocent woman in Gobardanga, North 24 Parganas in the presence of quite a few onlookers on Sunday 2026-03-01. If the onlookers weren't present, there was a high chance that the girl would have been physically abused, too.
The man Arup Biswas is a government servant and is said to have a daughter. The local police station acted fast after the video went viral. Arup had switched off his mobile to avoid detection of his whereabouts.
