SHE protested at the Ambedkar Statue in Kolkata Maidan on 29th, 30th March 2023. She openly sided with those who had got their WB government jobs by paying hefty sums of money to TMC leaders (read, rogues) since they got sacked on orders by the High Court in Kolkata.  

She addressed the state government employees as 'thieves' because they were rightfully protesting and seeking for higher Dearness Allowance (DA).
She threatened to take the commies to task supposedly because they had wrongfully awarded jobs to their cadres on recommendations written on slips of papers.
She was also about to utter something derogatory against Ram but realized that she will draw a lot of criticism. Instantly she digressed and framed a new storyline 😡

Is the supreme court planning a coup and install a puppet government?

In a shocking development, the court suggests that the Election Commissioner will be appointed by a 3-member committee consisting of :

- PM

- Leader of biggest opposition party

- CJI

Which means PM Modi, Mallikarjun Kharge and DY Chandrachud will have one vote each. If Kharge and Chandrachud get together, they can elect the Election Commissioner of India, a person of their choice.

Kharge is a Rajya Sabha member, which means that he is not elected by voters of India directly. Chandrachud was elected by the collegium system of Indian courts, which is never elected by general public. Most of them came through examinations, and appointments much like bureaucracy. However, no one knows how upper judicial appointments are done. The case of Abhishek Manu Singhvi 'getting on the floor' of his office with a woman who came to meet him regarding her appointment as judge during the congress period is well known.

Will the BJP government fight this travesty? Do they have the right tools to fight this obnoxious attempt by the judiciary to subvert democracy?

More importantly, does the BJP government have the WILL to fight?
