The industrial draught in West Bengal continues unabated. Although the reality is staring at us since 2011, Mamata keeps bluffing shamelessly. She keeps quoting figures about industrial investments and employment which everyone knows are fake. Nevertheless, Bengalis keep re-electing her because in reality the lazy community loves surviving on alms and small freebies thrown to them ever since the mid 1980s by one diabolical Jyoti Basu.
