Medical Superintendent of SSKM Hospital refused treatment of patient possessing Swasthya Saathi card

Even the medical superintendent of WB government owned super speciality SSKM Hospital in Kolkata allegedly refused to accept the Swasthya Saathi card for treatment of a Hepatitis B patient on 2021-02-10. He supposedly threw the card on his table.
