YouTuber cum Adv Mofakkerul Islam, has been arrested from Bagdogra airport while trying to flee from WB to Bangalore in a 11.40 am Indigo Airlines flight on Friday 2026-04-03.
On 2026-04-01 at around 5 pm, he had instigated his lungi vahini to lay seize on NH12 and the nearby BDO office where 7 judicial officials appointed by Supreme Court of India were working on the SIR 2026 process. Mofakkerul personally instigated the mob while standing on the top of a van. The judges were held captive for almost 9 hours and could be evacuated at around 2 am by the central forces.
An arrest warrant was issued by the ECI on 2026-04-02.
I have been following the rogue YouTuber cum Adv Mofakkerul Islam since the past 3 - 4 years or more. He used to travel extensively by train, air and road. He used to stay in expensive hotels. Most of his clients were petty Bengali Muzlim criminals working as labourers in KL, KA, TN, TS, MH, etc. I used to wonder who pays for his expenses.
He used to get them released on bail and post long FaBo/ YT videos. His tone invariably used to be that of a messiah.
Little wonders that he easily gathered a huge crowd of sliced organs in Kaliachak/ Mothabari on Wednesday 2026-04-01.
UAPA should be slapped on him. He shouldn't be awarded bail ..... never ever.
Ideally he should be handed over to UP police.
