Whoever they are, they must be utterly stupid to even contemplate investing in Waste Bin! 
'Shaikel' ka Ghanta bhi nahi banega! 
The lady in white has already given out the message that: 
- law & order in the state is in shambles and therefore the police should protect the potential 'shaikel' makers.  
- her men will knock on the doors of the 'shaikel' manufacturer to seek for employment without working.
