👉 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗣𝗔 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲 𝗟𝗮 𝗥𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗺.
UPA government came to power in 2004. Once they came to power, they gave a contract to 'De La Rue', a UK-based company, to provide security threads for Indian currency notes. The deal was approved by the then Finance Minister P. Chidambaram.
In 2010, Indian Intelligence Agencies found that 'De La Rue' was also supplying currency printing papers and other materials to Pakistan.
Indian Intelligence Agencies also found that Pakistan’s ISI was using these materials to print fake Indian currency notes in bulk.
Based on intelligence alerts, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee ordered the stoppage of deals with 'De La Rue', and the British firm was Blacklisted by the Home Ministry.
In 2012, P Chidambaram became Finance Minister again. As soon as he became Finance Minister, he lifted the blacklisting of De La Rue despite intelligence agencies' alerts.
In 2010, P Chidambaram was the Home Minister when De La Rue was blacklisted, so he is completely aware that De La Rue was providing currency printing papers and other materials to Pakistan.
Economic Affairs Secretary Arvind Mayaram wrote a letter to lift the blacklisting of De La Rue. In 2015, he became the Finance Secretary.
De La Rue bagged the contract to provide security threads for Indian currency notes for the next 3 years in 2015.
De La Rue bagged the contract in the year 2004 also by fraudulent means. De La Rue specifically mentioned in the year 2004 that it had developed an exclusive Bharat specific Green to Blue Color Shift Clear Text MRT machine-readable Security Thread for use in Indian currency note paper as a security feature and it holds exclusive manufacturing rights.
But CBI found that De La Rue had filed for a patent in India on 28th June 2004, which was published on 13th March 2009, and was granted on 17th June 2011.
That means at the time of the agreement with UPA Govt, it didn't have a valid patent at all.
Anil Raghbeer, signatory of the Contract Agreement from 'De La Rue', received ₹8.2 Crore from Offshore Entities in addition to the remuneration paid by 'De La Rue' in 2011.
👉 𝗜𝗦𝗜 & 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 ;
Pakistan’s ISI used to acquire The Secretary Thread of Indian currency notes from De La Rue through back channels to print counterfeit currency of India.
'De La Rue' was also supplying currency printing papers and other materials to Pakistan.
ISI used Pakistani printed fake currency of India in various activities like terror funding, nexusal funding, funding for leftist and anti-nationals for spreading fake narratives about India.
No need to mention it separately that Congress-led UPA govt did all these to favor ISI and anti-India elements. It's obvious that this Pakistani printed fake currency was used by political parties of UPA alliance.
2004-2016. These fake currencies were used to promote terrorism in India, backed by Pakistan's ISI. Same currencies are used for funding various blasts that happened in India from 2004 to 2016.

After Modi govt imposed demonetization in 2016, this Pakistan-based fake currency racket unexpectedly ended.
This is the exact reason why Congress and other opposition parties opposed demonetization in 2016.
Just imagine about the mentality and ideology of Congress who lifted the blacklisting of De La Rue even after knowing it's providing security threats of Indian currency notes to Pakistan’s ISI in the backdoor. for Printing Fake Currency of India !
